“I can’t recommend Peter’s input highly enough. However far you are through your life or career, I know you will get life-changing results with his help.”

What is it?

Mentoring is similar but different to coaching. Generally a Mentor will be someone who has relevant experience in the subject matter you want mentoring in and is usually a few more years ahead in that level of experience. Coaching is a professional contracted arrangement between coach and coachee, whereas mentoring is less formal, usually less frequent and more of a two way conversation, often where advice is sought and given from mentor to mentee.

My professional experiences include:

  • 35 years in healthcare as an optometrist, practice manager and supervisor.

  • 11 years in a global healthcare corporation with roles in professional services, training and IT project management.

  • Local charity chair
