I am delighted to announce the launch of The Workplace Culture Index.
This tool aims to provide a qualitative assessment of your workplace culture, from horrible to great.
The questions evaluate patterns of behaviours of leaders and colleagues in your organisation and help to highlight areas of excellence and areas for improvement.

I am delighted to have recently completed the accreditation process to become a Belbin Team Roles practitioner. This is a powerful, research-based, objective tool to analyse one's individual role and the balance of the roles within a team.
