Workplace Culture Index

The Workplace Culture Index (WCI) aims to provide a qualitative assessment of your workplace culture, from horrible (we hope not) to great (we hope so). The questions evaluate patterns of behaviours of leaders and colleagues in your organisation and help to highlight areas of excellence and areas for improvement.

When completing the questions, please consider just one workplace experience, either past or present.

The WCI generates a score out of 120 for the organisation (past or present) you have in mind when you complete it. Great organisations will score highly (>100/120), whereas organisations with a poor workplace culture will score much lower (<50/120).

The results will also give indicators of different cultural and behavioural aspects that are strengths or weaknesses.

The WCI is FREE to take by anyone. It can be done as an individual, team, department or whole organisation. Those who are keen to better understand their scores and work to improve their workplace culture can engage with Peter to develop and implement a plan of improvement, through training and coaching.

Your results are confidential to Peter Greedy alone and your input will not be identifiable to anyone except you - on completing the questionnaire you are sent an email of your personal result.
